How To Add New FAQ On Your Shopify Store Using StoreFAQ? #
First, you have to install StoreFAQ Shopify app. So, find and install the app from the ‘Apps’ option in your Shopify admin dashboard. Then, follow these steps:
Step 1: Add A New FAQ #
Once you have installed StoreFAQ, go to the app’s dashboard and click on the ‘Create FAQ’ button to start adding your FAQ.
After you have added an FAQ group, you can also add FAQs to it. For this, from the ‘FAQs’ tab of StoreFAQ, click on the ‘Add new FAQ’ button for a FAQ group.
Step 2: Enter The Necessary Information For The FAQ #
Enter the question for the FAQ and provide its answer in the designated fields. You can edit the answer using various text formatting options, hyperlinks, pictures, media, indentations, bullet points and more. Click on the ‘Generate With AI’ button to place an AI-generated answer to save more time.
Set a status for the FAQ from the dropdown on the right side, Active or Draft. Then from the FAQ group dropdown below, select a group for the FAQ. If you have not set any group, you have to select the ‘Ungrouped’ option. Click on the ‘Save’ button when you are done.
